How far in advance should I book?

For the July–September and December–February peak windows, 4–6 months ahead secures the camps and routes you want. Shoulder-season trips can often be arranged in a matter of weeks.

Can you build a trip around a specific budget?

Yes — tell us your range and priorities, and we'll shape lodges, routing and vehicle type to fit, being upfront if something isn't realistic within it.

Do you arrange Kilimanjaro and a safari together?

Regularly. Most climbers add a 3–5 day Northern Circuit safari afterward — we handle the transfers and timing so the two connect smoothly.

What's included in your safari prices?

Park fees, accommodation, a private guide and vehicle, and meals as specified in your itinerary. International flights and personal travel insurance are the main exclusions.
